Dangote want to buy and sell. But rejected the offer to refined for the government while the government pay him. He can as well buy the once he will export but that will be sold at dollars rate or in dollars.

Currently the nnpc is refining the crude oil outside the country and then bring it back. That can be done with dangote refinary but all of that was rejected.

Dangote want to control the game. Ok buy in dollars like others he cry out because he needs cheaper crude. Who will sell cheaper crude to you then you export it in dollars?

It's a big challenge right now.

Dangote knows his worth and isn't settling for less. Why should he refine for NNPC when he can maximize profits by exporting? It’s smart business, and he’s playing the long game. Let NNPC figure out their own refining strategy while Dangote keeps building his empire.

Someone once said it is cheaper to refined crude oil outside Nigeria than inside Nigeria and till now I don't get why it should be so. My own take in this matter is that some of this big politicians have refineries outside, I believe they are the ones that won't allow Dangote to handle such project because of their own interest. This should also tell you why the two refineries owned by Nigeria will NEVER work. We are in the hands of big forces, it is only God that will save us from this bondage.

with all due respect, i thought he could atleast be patriotic for once by doing what every tribe, region and religion will benefit from instead of amassing profit to be finally donated to charity.

I thought as a tinubu bot you will know why Nigeria is not giving dangote enough crude? Alas most of you know absolutely next to nothing

Buhari takes loan of billions of dollars
Apc iddiooots: yes Sai buhari way to go. Only Enemies of Nigeria will not like this

How do you moronic apc mugus think Nigeria proposed to pay those loans?
Many of you don't even know how many years it will take Nigeria to use their oil in payment of those debts

Dangote knows what he's doing. Why settle for less when he can dominate the market? It’s about time we have a refinery that operates efficiently. The government should seriously consider partnering with Dangote instead of wasting resources abroad. Let’s support local initiatives that promise growth!

Exactly my argument against him. He kept saying we should be proud that we have such refinery. In reality, he just wants to milk us. We all are expecting that with his refinery, we should have cheaper fuel. We stopped the import of rice and cement, what did we get? Very expensive products.
