Please I need step by step guide on how to learn the piano.
I am stuck currently and I need help. My church keyboardist is not helping me much.

I was told to learn F sharp first instead of C.

I know scales and chords. I was practising that one for sometime before he brought something else: Do + so+do means do. How? I don't know. He is not explaining. I don't know what to do.
I know music has rules, I need those rules. I just need to know what to learn. Like a roadmap. Learn this, then this, then this etc.

Please your help is appreciated.
