Anambra state government is building pharmaceutical distribution hub in Nigeria at Oba in Idemili north local government area of Anambra state, The administration of Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has come to change this narrative permanently by taking the bull by the horns, giving rise to the Anambra State Pharmaceutical Distribution hub, the Oba Distribution hub is unique and of international standard.
This is done to move the sale and distribution of drug products in Anambra to a safe, organized and professional environment in line with global best practices obtainable elsewhere in the world, once the project is completed all drug wholesale centres in Anambra will be closed down and relocate to Oba, federal government has also designated Anambra to be drug distribution hub for Southeast and South South states
