Hope you don't blend tomatoes with pepper used? I make egusi frequently... Leave spoon inside nd nothing Will happen to it overnight.... Another thing is after heating it slightly open the pot cover to allow the accumulated steam escape.... Overall if u won't be eating it just put it inside freezer or fridge |
