I'm not sure this is humanly possible.

Sleep helps to calm my brain.

I can only go for 48hrs without sleep.

Anything after that, I might go"crazy".

When I was quite younger, I noticed I could hold my poop for so long.

I had this bad habit of not taking water or little water then.

When I started secondary school, I decided not to use the bad toilets till mid-term. I ended up holding the poop till one week before the mid-term ended when I finally used the bush(it was about 6 weeks overall).

After that experience, I poop in like an average of every 4-5 days and sometimes a week.

I got so used to it that I went another 3 weeks when I first gained admission to the university too.

The human mind is just too powerful. And that's why the sky is your limit if you can form positive habits daily.

Sidenote: I am sure most of all these longest GWR records are done even more frequently by people in jail but we don't get to know about it. Imagine a person in solitary confinement - it'd take a long while before the person sees his/her first sleep or poop.
