2023 Kogi Poll: Position Of BVAS In Future Election by yussybenayu: 1:42am On Aug 13 |
As we edge closer to the end of the legal tussle between Ajaka's Sdp and the APC. It is important we examine the role of BVAS machine in that election so that Nigerians don't get deceived on the position of BVAS in subsequent elections. Recall that the tribunal Judges in their wisdom order Inec to openly ventilate the BVAs machine in an open court and guess what? Records of accreditation on BVAs were far less than the vote allotted to the APc alone. Surprisingly, APC won citing technicality. The same thing was repeated at the appeal court. Although the final court of the land is the supreme court, should this judgement go the way of the APC, Nigerians should not border queuing to get accredited by Bvas in 2027. Just make sure you have enough members on your voter register. 1 Like 1 Share |

Where is the nation justice? You stated in your law that only those accredited by Bvas shall vote on election but yet, still accepted over voting. Our Judges must not continue to give us reason to doubt them. |
