When they want to impeach for abuse of office, he should better not run to court.

This is so annoying and paining me right now. Why a governor will not obey court orders.

I'm so bitter right now.

Fubara must be impeached.
Which Court order are you talking about, do you know what is called fait accompli in law? Until final determination of the case (which is Supreme Court) the status quo remains that is the procedure in law, except the party involve didn't appeal the judgement within the specific period stipulated by law. As it stands in Rivers State House Assembly, no judgement pronounced them members of the Assembly after their seat was declare vacant. The judgement they got was the jurisdiction of the state high to entertain the matter of their membership of APC and that judgement has been appealed. The real issues are yet to be ruled by any law court.

Please borrow eye glass and read my comment again. This time around, ready it gradually with a bottle of water beside you and tell me in what area I was biased. The answer you seek in Shaibu case are covered in my comments, Shaibu would not be reinstated until the final determination of the case by supreme court except the judgement was not appealed within stipulated time frame, which you know that the judgement has been appealed; doing so is tantamount to fait accompli in Law. That is the procedure of the Law.

Governace in Rivers State cannot wait for judges who are banging their sides chicks and sucking the D of their sugar boys abroad.

Anytime they are back, they will start from where they stopped. But governance must proceed.

Sometimes I wonder which school the dudes who claim to know the law and it's procedures here attended. Which court ruled that status quo be maintained? Or is a figment of ur imagination?
