Despite stiff resistance by health workers,PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU has approved a new national policy in curbing health work force migration.In a statement on monday,Ali Pate,coordinating minister of health and social welfare,said the policy is a comprehensive strategy to manage,harness,and reverse health worker's migration which has resulted in many Nigerian healthcare workes living the country for greener pastures....Ali Pate stated that the policy is a comprehensive strategy to address the push factors driving health workers migration,including inadequate equipement,worsening insecurity,poor working conditions and poor salary structure.
