If you are into web3 I will advice you to scout for fresh web3 start ups join their community and participate. Also hold some tokens for the long game and continue to learn about the space. Web3 is in the infancy infra dev stage and full time early adopters will smile aplenty.
Use your graphic design skills in those communities because it is a highly sort after skill set there.

Exactly, the problem is with the scouting, I've searched for fresh web 3 startups, but I'm not seeing anyone or any community that I can join.
I'm open to suggestions from you regarding how to get boarded in a start up community.
