Apc is just a bundle of lies and contradictions.

While this is a temporary good move, it shows how much apc invests in lies and propaganda rather than actual governance.

I recall the so called rice revolution of bubu. Sane Nigerians raised fundamental questions about its operations, funding and success. But apc supporters called them wailers and all sorts of derogatory names.

Even when the rice pyramid was exposed for the fraud that it was, apc supporters kept insulting everyone who pointed out the Deception.

Even when the monumental fraud of loans given to cronies under guise of agric loans was exposed, apc supporters kept hailing bubu.

Even presently when sane Nigerians pointed put that the agriculture policies of BAT have no impact and lack in substance just like those of bubu, the apc/bat supporters still insulted anyone who critiqued the policies.

Today, we are back to importing, at the detriment of revenue, local production and putting more stress on fx.

Wrong move. Kicking the can down the road will not help in the long run. We need to encourage local production of rice and other food stuffs even if it results in higher food prices. We suffer today so that our children will have a better future. This is a big step backwards.
