Government is a brokerage that ensures the diffusion of prosperity.

It was cast for the government that collects tax to give jobs and benefits to the unemployed while helping the producers in different ways. They are Obatala who gives more to those who have and collect from others to give the poor. A fun nini, GBA fun aini

If people are not guaranteed a means of livelihood, they will certainly take it by force or break the law to take it and this is why the means to a livelihood should be a UN backed human right for all peoples. It is already a human right in well organized nations of course, where unemployed people are put on government payroll for benefits. The only adjustment needed in those nations is for work and who to report to to be allocated to those on welfare or unemployment benefits. For countries without such benefits, what is needed is organization by collecting personal income tax from all workers, so that there can be enough money to allocate duties and benefits to all of the unemployed.
