You quoted this from a newspaper, not from a legal journal or case law. If what you quoted is true, that would mean that all FG assets abroad have immunity. This is obviously false.

you wouldnt understand because to be an Obi supporter it is implied you have a very low IQ.

The case is similar to the PI&grin case. They went to a court in France without legally informing Ogun state, FGN or its lawyers because they had tried the same tactic in other countries and failed to get judgement in their favour. They only got judgement in France because they misled the court in France.

They are Chinese fraudsters, They are the same conmen that tried to seize some of our buildings in the UK. Obi should have acted like the president he wants to be and get his facts right before he rush to whip up eeediots like you. Also if he had any brain cells he would know all presidential aircraft have international immunity and cant be seized. The court was misled. No country can seize the presidential aircraft of another country. it shows the lack of understanding of Obi or he knows but he knows his followers are r3tards so they beleive anything.
