The Port Harcourt Ring Road Project is broken down into 7 segments.

Starting from Abonnema Wharf/UTC Junction in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, and
terminating at Alesa in Eleme Local Government Area, Rivers State with a
total road length of 62.650km with 5 Flyovers, several culverts, and over 65,000 m of drainage amongst others.

Anyone who is posting the road here is a very big fraud and a disappointment to discerning heart. This road was touted to be a flagship project in the state but as it is today it is business as usual. Fubara broke people's properties 30 meters both sides of the road and came back to construct the same size of the road he claimed to reconstruction. It would have been better he resurfaced the road he met than breaking down people's house in the name of constructing a Ring Road. Guy there is nothing to celebrate about the road. Is it the low bed flyover he is building across the ever busy East West? The road is not even as wide as Ikwerre Road. So what is the hulabaloo all about?
