And nobody lives there presently. I have noticed that your take on issues here is outside the confine of sanity. I don't know whether it was your upbringing that confer on you these irrational thoughts or your family setup.

And who is the saint or magician you are expecting to take over from your "ineffectual buffoon", that you believe will turn Nigeria into El-Dorado?

Forget it bro, Nigerians are corrupt from top to bottom, so much that no single person can transform the nation, except by dictatorial forces, through threat of death for any financial malfeasance.
Tribalism and Nepotism is the reason Nigeria is like this. Until we do away with such stupid practices, Nigeria won't develop. Anybody who buy his way into presidency will not perform but do everything to please the people that allowed it.
At the bolded is not correct sir, Nigeria can will be great again when we elect competent persons into offices.

Absolutely wrong, a room and parlor self contained in Ugbolu is going for 350,000 , this is a village in Delta state o! Go to Oleh and check the cost of a self contained it almost the same at what you have as a room and parlor self contained in Ugbolu. Funny enough there are limited job opportunities.
I just laughed when they mentioned Delta, Delta that is more expensive than lagos....

The only reason they re cheaper is because insecurity has driven out businesses and people from the area.

Cheaper is another way of saying '' it has very low value''.

I'm shocked that Borno is so expensive to live in. Earlier this year I was in maiduguri, hotel lodgings were so damn expensive. I asked why and I was told that many of these NGOs (esp foreign) will just book 5 rooms in a hotel and pay 2 years upfront and may not even stay in it frequently.

You are right sir/ma

I work in Borno but believe me it's not as less expensive. I wonder how NBS come to this conclusion.

You can't use two cities out of the whole state to make a conclusion please. In such case, the reality on ground will not be adequately represented.

The statistics given may still not be empirical though as the sampling might not be carried out well.
