Kukutenla: You have no clue what you're saying. Arbitration clauses are standard in bilateral agreements involving a State party. So APC was in power in 2010 when the initial agreement was made right? Mention one agreement signed under APC that is currently the subject of arbitration. It is PDP with their series of fraudulent deals that have put the country into this arbitration mess. If anything at all, it took APC to rescue Nigeria from the PID scam Jonathan plunged us into and you know it. Have some integrity for once. |

The IGR state has carried their gbese mentality to affect Nigeria. If those jets are seized , ogun state federal allocations should be withheld until it has covered the cost of the jets. |

By the time the Chinese loans are due, Nigerians will have to work to pay the Chinese. Imagine the amount of loans Buhari borrowed from China. If the National Assembly think for the future generations, they should stop any borrowing from China. Let them borrow from World Bank or other internal banks, but not China |

Innocent people are the ones suffering bad leadership in this country. You made contract with a Chinese firm to construct free trade zone after which the Chinese firm only construct just a perimeter fence that can be done with just a few millions of naira. And you went ahead to terminate the contract without weighing the advantages against the disadvantages of the contract termination. Yet you carelessly did not do follow up on all cases when the Chinese took you to court by foolishly lying down in your home country beating chest and shouting that the Chinese are not saying the truth. Now that our resources are at risk the government are now on their toes. Ogun state does not deserve any federal allocation for 3 years if we lose this case This APC is a disaster. 1 Like |

Next time, Nigerian officials should not be looking at the bribe money. They should make out time to read the terms of agreement before signing. |
