The National Assembly/Legislative House Election Petitions Tribunal in Lagos Monday, vowed to hear the petition filed by the Labour Party (LP) against Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) candidate, Mrs. Oluremi Tinubu, on merit.

Chairman of the tribunal, Justice A. A. Nwaigwe, had stated that the directive of the Court of Appeal was that the petition should be heard on its merit and that no preliminary objection would stop the tribunal from adjudicating on the petition.
