We the United Brothers Club (a.k.a (Internal) heartily felicitates with our Izhi brothers and sisters as they celebrate the 2024 OJIJI IZHI, new yam festival. We especially felicitate the Ishiuke Izhi - Elder Mbam Ogharu.

The United Brothers Club convey our profound felicitation to the God sent Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Nwifuru FNIOB, FCAI and his amiable wife, Her Excellency, Chief Mrs Mary-maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru on this auspicious cultural occasion.

This celebration is not just a season to celebrate bountiful harvest but that to renew the existing unity and indefatigable spirit of Izhi people.

This annual event calls for appreciation and thanksgiving to the Almighty God and forefathers of the clan for a bountiful harvest commemorated through the new yam; to celebrate the people's oneness.

This is therefore, a call on the Izhi people to revere their hospitable inclinations which makes it the fulcrum on which the modern Ebonyi stands and thrive.

We pray that the the people's political and social feats would flourish like the bountiful harvest, to the glory of God and benefit of Ebonyi people.

We pray that the 2024 celebrations would channel to eternal abyss, all divisive tendencies among the people but harness all factors that sustain the unity, growth and development of the people.

The united brothers club wishes the Izhi people a blissful celebration, God's guidance, protection and prosperity beyond this season.
