A social media user, Mallam Jabeer, took to social media platform to share the state of drinking water, as readily obtained in some areas of Yauri Local Government Area of Kebbi State.

Sharing the picture, Mallam Jabeer clarified that the water would have to be bought or families would not have access to water at all.

He went on to query the essence of the government reps if they can't provide potable water for the masses.

Social media users echoed his sentiments, a number of them were shocked, with some confirming that this was indeed true as they have spent time in that area of Kebbi State before now.

They are just positioning themselves for a windfall in the next IMF of WB loan that will be given to FG for water related projects. That $500m health and education loan comes to mind. Fear north.
