We have lobbied through the House of Reps behind the scene to make another resolution compelling NMCN to reopen the Nurses verification portal and that is seriously in progress and should yield positive result soonest except Tinubu have a special interest in it which I suspect.



Plan B is to travel abroad to do masters and move from there because almost every other country require them to do verification with NMCN, sadly.

Schools will definitely ask for your transcript from your university or nursing school.


UK universities don't usually ask for NMCN verification for those going for masters in nursing related courses, only your school transcript from the school you graduated from in Nigeria is needed but then you can't work as a nurse after your Msc because you must verify your license in Nigeria via NMCN but you can work as a healthcare support worker.
