It seems there was a covert agreement never to allow an igbo man from south east to become the GMD of nnpc. It also seems this is the only thing Nigeria has achieved till date. Biafra was blockade by the world powers and still refined it's fuel and generated its electricity but Nigeria that has no single country in its blockade list and is not in any country's blockade list cannot refined a drop of crude oil. 48 Likes 4 Shares |

The regiond with no single drop of oil have been the one managing NNPC and running it aground. Anambra, imo, Abia are oil producing states yet that region have never produced NNPC manager.
