I don't see any rift between Ajaero and federal govt for now that can make the govt to label or tag him as a sponsor for terrorism.
And another I thing I know is that if the allegation is not 100% real, there might be some iota of truth in it that make police to go for him. It won't be easy for govt to frame such a person in that kind of huge allegation(NLC Chairman).
We are waiting to see what will eventually unfold as the case go on

They have not made any allegations specifically
He may be a witness or whatever

There is nothing sacred about him

He can be invited for questioning with a warning that if he doesn't turn up he could be arrested none of that implies even in law that he is a suspect

There is no allegation against him published anywhere. YET


E.g if an alleged armed robber or terrorist is arrested and my phone or email account is implicated I can be invited
It does not at that stage amount to allegation but I may have information witting or unwitting that may help prevent crime or prosecution or be etc
After questioning he may be arrested or released
If arrested he should be charged to court within a certain period by law if that happens. There is no issue
