I would not recommend you use any of those websites if that is the case. I would instead recommend you go into the enrolment centres themselves to see for yourself the people, understand what they are doing and even get names for if something goes wrong. You are after all dealing with Nigerians and issues about Nigeria here so "Shine your eyes!".
