Truth be told, this Ariwoola is the worst CJN Nigeria have had. Very partisan. It was during his tenure that Judiciary start making law but relegated the work and duties of judiciary to interpreting laws. So many instances to this. The latest is this local government autonomy. Yes, very laudable but no Nigerian law support that.
No nation grow with no adherence to her laws and statutes. Going through the back doors to make judgements defeat the essence of law in itself.
Same with the Naira design. They took decision on monetary policy by fixing date for the expiration of Nigeria notes. Today those that orchestrated the move are now regretting their action and gnashing their teeth in regret.
When you point one finger at someone, always know the remaining 4 are pointing at you. Be careful what evil you support today, it might hurt you tomorrow.
