We're recruiting to fill the of Assistant Lounge Manager

Reports to: Area Lounge Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Contract: Permanent
Based: Lagos, Nigeria


Responsibilities
1. Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a pleasant drinking and dining experience.
2. Ensure the entire lounge is thoroughly cleaned, equipment is well-maintained, and the dining area has a welcoming ambience for customers.
3. Ensure staff are properly scheduled and assigned to departments based on their skills.
4. Ensure staff adhere to the dress code, are appropriately dressed, and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
5. Ensure drinks and products are available on time, properly merchandised, and checked for quality and expiry before being displayed for sale.
6. Liaise with the procurement officer/storekeeper to ensure the availability of drinks and products for sale.
7. Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded in the cash registers, cash is correctly remitted to the accountant, and sales analysis is compiled at the close of business.
8. Ensure sales budgets are met or exceeded.
9. Supervise staff to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
10. Address customer complaints and gather feedback about their drinking and dining experience.
11. Ensure accurate stock counts and control product wastage.
12. Develop initiatives to increase sales, profitability, and customer counts.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant field.
2. 2- 4 years of experience in Lounge business
3. Good presentation skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
4. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: NGN 100,000 - NGN 150,000
