I was in a public setting a few weeks ago and some APC dude was talking about this and that. He literally called Tinubu a man of integrity. I wasn’t a part of the conversation but I almost asked man what was his definition of integrity.

Nnpc bought ovh as by his claims
The liabilities will be that of oando been borne by the new owner the nnpc
It is the nnpc that will change the company ovh to nnpc and balance it's new books as the new owner
And not the nnpc and ovh will go to court and resolve nnpc and adopt ovh as the parent company🤔
And the deal itself requires a whole lot approvals before it can reach this level
