I never heard Ribado talk about or mention bandits, not once as far as his chief security advisor is concern.

Ribadu is the most incompetent NSA in Nigerian history and clearly he's being kept in that position as a figurehead precisely because of his weak personality and lack of any useful clout within the military intelligence community.

Nigerians like to solve their problems by not facing them. Everyone of them knows that state and local council policing with laws that do not give total control of such to governors will solve the current insecurity and better the economy but are not ready to mention it. They would rather shout to remove a president than take the control of the security of their own lives and properties out of the hands of Fulani terrorists-infested security agencies.

I have only advised you to join others to demand state police and local council police. We need it to deal with those cowards who think they can make life miserable for the rest of us with covert and overt supports of elements in government, federal police, and the military.
