Is this about Debate or speaking to the media? I have watched the live campaign rallies and he is not addressing the media with his plans. Please remove Tinubu from this list- he was actively engaging town halls and meetings with many televised live. He spoke loud and clear during the campaigns he will remove fuel subsidies.
