Let me point it out here now..

This HURIWA is biased.
The Electoral-Act didn't mention the online uploading of Party Agents.. (Section-43 of Electoral-Act).
And the timeline is 14-days to the election date.

So, if the INEC had closed the online portal already, so that they can stop new party agents from being uploaded to the portal,, then, they are the ones going against the rules.



(We should all bear in mind that the courts had ruled that the INEC’s Regulations and Guidelines were produced by the INEC, and can be changed by them anytime they wish, thus they can choose to abide by it or not -- thus any decisions which is supposed to be based on the INEC’s Regulations and Guidelines doesn't hold any water)

Then again, the INEC’s Regulations and Guidelines even made the Online upload of Party Agents a Secondary Alternative Option. (Clause 9 of INEC’s Regulations and Guidelines)

(I seriously wonder why the HURIWA quoted these two Statutes)

So, why would they disqualify the Appointed Party Agents based on a procedure which is even a secondary alternative option.??

I WONDER WHY THE PARTIES ARE NOT TAKING INEC TO COURT ALREADY..

WE ARE REALLY NOT READY FOR ANY CHANGE IN NIGERIA. WE ARE TOO DOCILE. WE DON'T START DEFENDING OURSELVES AT THE RIGHT TIME..
