I have observed that in a place Rivers State, you hardly get more than ₦10,000 - ₦20,000 cash from banks ATMs and from bank tellers - like first bank Nigeria. I do not know of other states and banks. We are left at the mercies of POS owners.

Please what is responsible for this? How can we be buying our own currency in our own country?
