NNPCL is owing it's suppliers $6 billion for fuel supplied on credit. NNPCL is the sole importer of PMS in Nigeria. It does this through suppliers. The question now is; does NNPCL give the PMS to IPMAN and major marketers for retailing to Nigerians free of charge? Do IPMAN and major marketers refuse to pay NNPCL after the receipt of PMS? If IPMAN and major marketers pay NNPCL, them how come there is $6 billion debt? NNPCL is a bastion of massive corruption in Nigeria. What did el rufai said when he was the governor? We either kill corruption in NNPC or NNPC kill Nigeria. |

You're among the many disappointments that have left Nigerians reeling in pains. You see fraud now, you cannot acknowledge it.
