Job role: Relationship Manager

Work Mode : Onsite
Location: Ikota/Lekki Branch: Suite B31-33 Platinum Mall, Ikota First Gate, Ajah.
Remuneration : 100,000 Naira

Responsibilities :

- *Client Acquisition and Retention:* Identifying and attracting new clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- *Property Management:* Providing comprehensive property management services, including tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, and lease renewals.
- *Market Analysis and Investment Advice:* Analyzing market trends, identifying investment opportunities, and providing expert advice to clients.
- *Negotiation and Transaction Management:* Negotiating purchase agreements, coordinating with legal and financial professionals, and ensuring smooth transaction completion.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, or Environmental Management related discipline

Business Management Experience is a huge plus.

Real Estate Experience is an added advantage.
