Pele broda wey dey uk ... You pay taxes and still pay to use those amenities... Come run for office and do am na ... Things you do in those countries you wont do it here ... Una go leave there come dey bribe for here useless people ... I dey see una type here spoil Nigeria from where una dey but will still come here and do bad things

Keep quiet and face the issues. What are the things you are talking about Here, citizens drive on better roads, kids go to free school with quality education from Nursery To Secondary;with free meal and fruits given to pupils from nursery to year 2. Which the government pays £7,690 per pupil every session to the school. So, a man with 4 kids will enjoy free school that costs £18,760 free fees. ( with quality of schools better than Naija good private schools).
So, why not tell your god Reno Omokri to leave uk and join you in Naija? He is enjoying the benefits of the soil and using his mouth from a distance to fool people like you.
Do politicians here thief like the Ganduje you made party chairman?

Excellent points as usual by the great Reno.

I always laugh when I hear people comparing Nigeria to UAE and Saudi, saying ''look! we have oil like them! We should be like them if not for our useless, corrupt leaders''.

Nigerians are just ignorant and senseless.

UNTIL NIGERIANS UNDERSTAND THAT the oil income is a PITTANCE for a country of Nigeria's size, and that the KEY to our advancement is MAXIMUM DIVERSIFICATION OF THE ECONOMY, into manufacturing, the services, food processing, and other sectors, we will be here in the next 30 yrs arguing over PEANUTS from our so-called ''oil wealth''.

The UK with a population of 65m has a budget of around £1 trillion. In one year, it earned £34bn pounds from taxes on refined oil such as petrol and diesel. That is more than Nigeria earns from from its crude oil.

Nigerians are still struggling to grapple with the fact that Nigeria is a VERY POOR country. Only Oil cannot sustain the entire country. Nigerians are also quite lazy. Many cannot survive the hustle and bustle of western economies.
are u for real? I totally disagree with ur last statement. We have a lot of lazy people in developed countries compared to Nigeria. Nigerians who will do anything to survive can't survive in western economy is a big lie.

what point,Reno problem is that he believe he is clever ..

The germany reno mentioned, can he compared the infrastructure on ground and govt reforms to Nigeria. In developed countries as govt is taking taxes from you @least you see a good use of it, subsidize health sector, education, food and palliative measures are in place.

In Nigeria, what can reno pinpoint Nigerians are benefiting from the Govt, as a citizen you provide almost everything you need for yourself. the only thing Nigerians enjoyed from govt was subsidy and Tinubu under 1yr took out every subsidy. why should Nigerian be willling to pay taxes they know politicians will loot
Reno mentioned loan, all the loans govt have taken does it conmensurate whats on ground, can germany govt take loan and dare to loot

its very normal for people to be relunctant to make thrift in the hands of thieves
imagine him comparing Germany to Nigeria. Even illegal migrants in Germany earn more than an average Nigeria worker by far. Also somethings like education is subsidized for German citizens.

The only politician that can be taking seriously is the one that first reduces all law makers salary in Nigeria. They should live the same way everyone of us is living too. Before tinubu became president, his wife said he is richer than osun state, yet he still lives expensively on tax payers money. If sacrifice to change the country can't state from u, then don't stress the citizen unnecessary.

Reno, you make some valid points.

Only an idiot or group of idiotic empty heads will agree with what Reno omokri said up their, let me ask you a Simple question, name three things you benefit from this government, we fuel our generators with expensive fuel because we don't have constant electricity from government,, we dig our own borehole because we don't have water from government, we employ youths to secure our house as gateman because government cannot ensure our safety,.

Instead we hear of government buy presidential jet and building a VP house worth billions of naira, spend billions to buy SUV for law makers then turn around to tell us there is no money that we should manage the little we have, yet some unfortunate idiotic apes will be supporting them on empty stomach...Is that not a curse?

He made no point. Nigeria major problem is corruption. Did he tell you that a senator in a European country does not own fleet of cars. Did he tell you a governor in U.S will not dip his hand in the state's treasury to sponsor election. He said none of that
They own fleet of cars here because they don't pay tax on each. They buy fuel for free. Things will change and you will see that people like sdm will sell all his cars

Reno is making some profound points here. We should all be patriotic enough to pay our taxes. I pay my taxes and I am proud to do so.

How many times will the government continue to increase fuel Price ? Right from the previous government, they keep on increasing fuel Price and nothing good is coming. The solution to this country is not for government to keep on increasing fuel Price. Just watch and see in the next one year from now, the fuel price will be increased again. You will not hear them discussed on how to cut cost because it will not favour them. God will one day deliver us.

But people are saying dat private owners are the best to maintain refineries!
flokii:
We need to make our refineries work and stop relying on Dangote who is a businessman out to milk Nigerians.
The NNPC needs complete overhauling, all the Northerners there should be replaced by people with will to kick-start our State owned refineries . Any thing less of this is a waste of time and waste of years.

People who'd rather connive with Ethopian Air, repaint one of Ethopian Air planes to launch a fraudulent Nigerian Air after wasting billions on the Nigerian Air project have nothing to offer this country.

This Dangote they are giving monopoly of petroleum products will wake up one day and sell petrol at #2000 per litre, mark this down today.
Till date noone can explain why imported and more quality cement are cheaper than inferior Dangote cement produced in Nigeria.. Nigerians don't learn.

The solution to the problem is not to expect government to provide everything for you. They can't even if they want to

What's the essence of having a government, a government that only loot and can't even provide ordinary water for her citizens.

We no do again. We deserve a better country.
