A textile mill do not employ tailors because they do not sew cloths. Textile mills employ Textile Engineers, technicians, accountants and others but not tailors because they make fabric off all kinds and is basically a factory where textile materials are manufactured.

I have a Bachelors and masters in engineering from a first generation university in Nigeria and I can tell you for free that I have met some people who are intelligent even when they did not go to university.

With no university degree as of his employment date at Arewa textile mills, he was not a senior staff. He rose to that level after some years and active unionism.

Being a tailor hide not affect his quality of life. He rose to the highest level of unionism, became a governor and presently a senator of the federal republic.
