The govt spends more than 20M per health worker subsidising their professional education. When they now become qualified, they run abroad.

I think they should drop the subsidy of the education of health workers and then introduce student loans for their education. Then, once qualified, they give them fantastic pay with the necessary tools to work. That way, they will pay back the education loan and they will be earning well and living well while at it.

As a nurse in the UK, you can easily get sponsorship via the care route. Why return back to Nigeria because of NMCN wahala?

You're educated so, you should know the prerequisite for their type of Visa was the Nursing Certificates they presented. Failure to verify it means they didn't meet Visa conditions ab initio. Meaning, they must come back home.

Nigerian Govt is just wicked. They ordered NMCN to shut down their portal since February so no one could verify their Certificate.
