Guys, thanks a lot. The issue I experienced with the bank is that they said they needed a CofO which the property does not have. It only has a deed of coveyance.

if you understand clearly why the bank refused to give you a loan, then i am sure you would also understand why an individual would do the same thing. . . . . . . . unless they were crazy!
