The Lagos that Tea lump poo built. grin

Lagos got blessed right from when God created the earth. That's why it attracts development from all over the world.

Other lands also got blessed but their leaders, who are blind bats, have not been able to see the blessing and take advantage of it. The citizens of such lands would rather call Lagos a no man's land to console themselves; as if the land will automatically become no man's land if they continue to regurgitate such.

If this was in 1978 then how come the credit of building Lagos is not going to the governor of Lagos as at the time or the president that awarded the contract. Please I really want to understand this.

Don't mind them. They don't know that the idea to build the bridge came from Peter Obi.

Guess where Peter Obi got the idea from cool

Lagos State like every other state in Nigeria receives federal allocations.

That does not stop the siting of federal projects in the state as with any other state.

Most importantly, that does not stop every state in Nigeria from focusing on internally generated revenue like Lagos state has excelled.

Very good project powered by Niger Delta oil money. Lagos was being developed as our federal capital with money from Nigeria's main source of funds, crude oil.

There are federal projects all over Nigeria regardless of where the capital is or was sited.

Lagos is also a state, with a state government and a state budget that is expended on infrastructures too.

If your state is barren, then do not blame it on the lack of being a federal capital or former federal capital.

Wow babangida government did great work on this projects oooo. Very massive here. If the can be using this machines for constructing bridge 46 years ago, why is that Nigeria hasn’t developed to the best level that we want. Just to tell you that it’s the bad leaders that’s suffering us with their bad economic policies. They will used 4 or 8 years and passed the policies to the cycle of bad ones to them. Very unfortunate seriously

Lagos does not belong to any tribe in Nigeria, as a former federal capital until 1991 , almost all the federal government investments was done in Lagos for the benefit of every Nigerian. Most civil servants and private workers from 1960- 1991 were transferred compulsorily to Lagos because as capital of Nigeria it had headquarters of every both civil service and private sector and president lived at dodan barracks with his ministers or members of supreme military council. Anybody saying Lagos belongs to their tribe is only living in a fools paradise
