Akpakomiza2: Does the fact that LP won Alimoso in Presidential election mean that it is no longer an APC Strong hold? Ikpoba Okha is currently a PDP strong hold. That is the fact on ground. |

So with all the hardship you still have mind to support APC Government , you may not end well |

Akpakomiza2:Oshiomole never wanted an Esan man to be governor, why did he support Denco at first? He thinks he's smart, always play the ostrich. We from Esan knows how cunning he's, he never did anything for Esan. What he's doing now is to save face. Asue is the man. |

southsouthking: You may be right that oshiomhole never wanted an esan but he changed his mind and a lot of esans are with Okpebholo even more than Asue. The election will be decided in the north |

aicon4s: What lp did is a oneoff or an upset.it was even a narrow margin. An area could be termed a party stronghold if they consistently win that area. APC consistently wins Alimosho, pdp only won Ikpoba once. Lp won ikpoba with even a bigger margin. So you can't say it is a pdp stronghold. But you can easily say Etsako is an APC stronghold... What you should rather say is that Ikpoba is an anti APC area not necessarily a pdp area |

I have asked you before, which people regret voting for Obaseki? What sector are they in Edo state? Is it Nupeng or Health or Civil service or Agbero or where? Who are the people that are regretting? Stop talking vaguely. Let's discuss as educated persons. Which people and what sector do they belong to so others can learn? Akpakomiza2: |

Is Edo no be Lagos not a slogan? Everybody uses ds slogan as it was erupted in the Last governorship election when Jagaban came to Benin with the intent to manipulate Edolites and INEC. Market women you say? You may need to redo your assessment I must say. The reason I'm emphasizing on you expressing the sector. Sector by sector in Edo state, I'm yet to see one without the imprints of his administration. You can also educate me as we all learn daily. Akpakomiza2: |

Akpakomiza2:It seems you prefer a robotic leader, even though if he cannot represent you in an important event, so far he has money to throw around. That has been the bane of this country and that is why we move one step forward and two steps backward. |
Re: Edo Polls: Pictures Of massive PDP LGA Rally At Ikpoba Okha LGA by Okpebholo1: 10:01pm On Sep 10 |
IfnobeGod20: The best leader should be a liberal minded leader, who is close to both the grassroot and elites, who has a caring heart. Representation is ceremonial, his aides can do that.the best leaders are those who are experienced in both public and private sector and determine to make a difference |
Re: Edo Polls: Pictures Of massive PDP LGA Rally At Ikpoba Okha LGA by IfnobeGod20: 8:48pm On Sep 11 |
Okpebholo1:You said representation is ceremonial? Representation is not ceremonial because you elect constitutionally for purposes. You don't elect someone to be an effigy or dende in Yoruba film. You even buttressed my opinion by your comment line for saying he can choose his aides to stand for him. This is the singular reason why governance and business fail in Nigeria. This your statement just reminds me what happened during Buhari's regime when he told IGP to move to Benue State at the heat of herdsmen attacks on the state. When Journalist told Buhari that he told the IGP to move to Benue State but he never went there. Buhari said he never knew he didn't go. This is the singular reason we are not having administrator on top of their job because they rely on their aides to do the job in many critical issue. I can remember during the electioneering period, Buhari said on the issue of security he will lead from the front. I know the news will still be ready available on net but did he do that? There are certain security and economy issues that the leader elected must lead from the front and not delegate them. My brother, they will sabotage his effort and he would not succeed, even by Nigerian factor alone. No doubt leaders that have excelled in both private and public life, always have more edge in administration but as a leader you must always be a leader and must lead from the front. Leaders are to lead and not to fold hands. |
