FG To Pay 300 Subsidy On PMS by Cherrybae(f): 4:57pm On Sep 15
I have just received information from a very high reliable sources that the FG have agreed to pay 300 naira subsidy for PMS from Dangote refinery.

This is to help reduce the hardship faced by Nigerians.

The NNPC will soon announce a new pump price which will not be more than 450 naira per litre.

I urge Nigerians to be calm and watch out for the great goodnews.

More details coming.

I thought subsidy was meant for imported fuel, why pay for the one that's locally sourced and refined, dear FG

Normally, dangote fuel no supposed reach 400N, but the wicked and corrupt NNPC wouldn't let that be, that was why they opted to set the price earlier, because I don't understand why you would pay subsidy for a locally refined fuel

You don't get this people?

The price isn't up to that. Dangote too is just playing along.
Now ,they'll claim they are paying subsidy by reducing the price when we all know the price isn't supposed to be up to that.
I just give up on this govt

Why are Nigerians this ignorant

It is mathematically impossible to buy crude refine and sale petrol below ₦1300 and still break even

At that 760 they are selling subsidies is already around ₦500

What happened to the Port Harcourt refinery and their stupid audio deadline?

It was on the news that the refinery would soon resume operations and the hype was so much then that they set deadline for it.

Does it now mean that it has been suspended and abandoned for Dangote's to thrive?

Tinubu's abracadabra regime !

Who deceived you?

The market price for petrol is around 1,4-1,500 per litre

The price motorists will pay will be around 1,000/litre.

Government is owing about $6bn for petrol sold for 600. Why would it now reduce the subsidy further?
