Eve though he's technically correct, this is not what a minister is supposed to say.
Yes, I agree that Tinubu is wealthy hence is less inclined to see stealing as a priority unlike pandora pathological liar Obi who is younger and still looking for ways to increase his wealth like an average Nigerian.
Tinubu is less inclined to be influenced by what monetary value he can get from any project.
An average Nigerian is inclined to steal as much as possible especially when they are still young. Especially those that have never seen real wealth.
