Ordinary $250 for ONE YEAR tuition at one of the most prestigious Universities in Nigeria and people are crying.

This is too low. All these universities should be handed over to State Governments so they can all compete against each other. Those that want cheap education can charge ZERO tuition

In any case the new National Loan Program is available to lend funds. 😀 That's why Nigeria is a better place to live than the UK.
