Which schools did Tinubu equip? We know how the conditions of the state primary and secondary schools at the time he left. What was the performance of Lagos in WAEC and NECO in his tenure? Anambra we know their performance in WAEC and NECO during PO's tenure. That is how you gauge the impact of policies on education, not on welfarist policies.

That is why the only thing he know is to give Rice in response to transportation hardship and other economic issues as palliatives, as if Rice is now the almighty problem solver.
