More like the reward of bad citizenry! Citizens cannot sit with arms folded electing criminals into office each election cycle yet expect things to magically turn out well. Never in the history of the world has it ever worked out that way. undecided

What we have in Nigeria are clear examples of bad/terrible citizens who don't really care for the collective welfare of the country and its people. They may say they do with their tongues but action, they say, speaks louder than words! undecided

Thanks for this. One of the best comments I've seen

So now they are realizing that tribalism is not the way forward.

All the time, my tribes man must rule, it is our turn, it is our turn.

Sorry but Nigerians are to blame for all this.
They continue to elect bad leaders
They continue to celebrate ill gotten wealth
They continue to shun anything good and proper, and instead value short cuts and 'get rich quick'

I have NO SYMPATHY for Nigerians. The day I see a Nigerian criticize his/her own Parents/Siblings/Friends for corruption, is the day I will know we have started being serious. Nigerians only complain when they are not the ones looting. The moment they or those close to them get into a position to loot, they will keep quiet and join the looting train

Let election happens today Tinubu would still get millions of vote

People are campaigning for one uneducated man who can't express himself in simple English to be governor of Edo... Heavens forbid he wins.. You start hearing I didn't know someone can be worse than obasaki... Obasaki we are sorry

Ganduje vs Ngozi Okonji iwela who would win a presidential election in Nigeria? ... This right here is the problem

This is the real problem. Mostly based on tribalism and that's natural. We're only human

The unnatural part is forcing tribes with major cultural differences to live together under a Unitary Structure. The pivotal year was 1957!!!

Good Luck to Nigeria

When I was in GTC Soba, Zaria, I used to spend 150 for a comfortable ride. If we manage or do overlapping, I fit spend 30 naira from soba to Zaria, then 70 naira from Zaria to Kawo 😅. Central Market to Goningora was 40 naira. I miss 2012

By the time Thifnubu is done with his 4yrs, the same distance may cost up to ₦200,000 and you'd need to use your bvn and nin to even qualify to 'enjoy' the 'price reduction'.

By 2027 Nigeria may become another Zimbabwe or Haiti.

Having mineral resources is a curse.

Absolutely Correct.

Probably some politicians and Traditional rulers that supported this anarchy are already suffering too. But they will never own up. The ego of a black man. Useless pride.
Such Idiotic leadership make me believe women would have done much better

The surprising thing is that the roads may actually be better compared to eight years ago, meaning travel time is shorter and less fuel is required. However, the benefits that should have been realised from improved roads and reduced travel time have been completely eroded by the poor economy (exchange rate actually).

An economically-daft leader can ruin everything. Just one careless economic policy, and everyone is damned.

The roads aren't actually better in any way

When Yoruba Muslims were insulting GEJ and even protesting with a mock confine, now local Yoruba Muslims don't want you to insult the manequine in Aso rock
Please stop this nonsense rant abeg! GEJ was equally an example of bad governance. Nigeria is a nation made up of terribly bad citizens and the outcomes we continue to see are those expected when the citizens do the worst over and over again. undecided
