What do they mean by backdate? The old minimum wage expired in April, meaning that the minimum wage will take effect from may. Anything different from that is cheating and will be resisted |

Old minimum wage expired at April 2024 and u are saying u will start payment of new wan by end of July which is u are starting payment by August cus there is not difference from 29 and August 1st. So wat about May, June and July so those months will just go like dattt? 419 every where. The consequential adjustment is lower than the wage award for the higher cadres, so its a blessing in disguise, once they pay the wage award till July and the minimum wage starts the same July, is still okay, but the lower cadre officers won't be happy. |
