Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 1 years in

financial services. Proven track record in project management and team coordination.

● Lead and oversee business projects, ensuring timely execution within defined scope and budget.
● Manage financial processes, including monitoring payments, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
● Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and proactively address issues.
● Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organise events across time zones.
● Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
