Try budgeting. Some people earn much less than 80k but still survive. Others earn up to 800k but have no savings. So, it all comes down to budgeting and self discipline.

You earn 80k in a month and there are 31 days in a month. You can find a way to reduce your daily expenditure to ₦2,000 daily. Not easy but you can do it.

That comes around to ₦62,000. Try saving ₦10,000 monthly towards starting a business. After seeing your savings rise like this for three months, the orgasm it will give you will make you to become a fan of savings.

As you are saving, continue to think and pray for a good business idea, and stay away from scam opportunities by not being greedy.

1).Reduce your spending
2) Increase your earning

1) Most of what people spend their salaries on are irrelevant. Data to watch other people live their lives, expensive food that poisons them, transportation to places that don't matter and so on

2) increase your earnings by increasing your value, NOT by increasing your work hours.
Your MD doesn't work as hard as you yet he gets paid more than you.

People are paid based on the value they bring to a company not by the time they put into working. You could work 23 hrs a day and the company will still make losses

Sincerely frankly speaking, our currency does not have value any longer. CBN has depreciated naira by way of floating it.

Foods and transport fares are longer affordable by all . Nigerians are struggling presently to eat one square meal daily.

Sincerely , your salary can never take you home . The 80k salary is like earning 40k as we speak.

Way forward, you need to have multiple streams of income in order to survive this harsh economy

Thanks
