Hi all. ETB is calling for interview for those who did the test of 22nd August. Please if anyone has any info on what their interview format is like,please kindly let me know. I just got invited for the interview.the date for the interview is 2nd october.time is 9.30am. venue is their sanusi fafunwa office in V.I.thanks all

Please I need help.I v bn invited for ETB interview holding on 2n oct.I v not the slightest idea of what their interview is like. Secondly,I dont have a birth certificate,what i hv is a declaration of age and they specifically asked for birth certificate.Please someone help me out here,what do I do?

The first stage of the interview would be u meeting the head of HR who will screen you.She is a white  lady.You will be asked to state the year you were born,when u entered and finished primary,second and tertiary institution.The dates must not conflict with what u have on your cv and your date must be reasonable for you to start primary school.You will be asked to wait and the result would be communicated to u at that day.The second interview is a panel interview of 4 or 5.u have 2 be familiar with your area of discipline.The final interview is meeting the board of directors.
