Scope
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
3. Assist in developing marketing plans to support sales growth.
4. Engage in lead generation and outreach to secure new clients.
5. Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients.
6. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
7. Support the sales team in ensuring consistent messaging.
8. Monitor marketing activities to identify areas for improvement.
9.Stay informed about basic competitor activities and market trends.
10.Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
11.Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
12.Provide insights to support the development of marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree/HND/OND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Experience in marketing or sales roles.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of social media platforms and their use for marketing.
5. Ability to learn and use digital marketing tools.
6. Basic organizational and time management skills.
7. Good interpersonal skills for client interaction.
8. Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
9. Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas.
10. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a bonus, but not required.


Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and at least 1 to 3 years of industry experience.

Salary: 120,000 net
Location: Onikan(TBS Building) Lagos Island
