In short, Marshal Harry had to defect to APP with a view or wrestling power from Odili. But guess what, he was assassinated in questionable circumstances in his residence in Abuja.

What court orders supercedes the supreme Court ruling that stipulates all governors should make sure that local govt remains autonomous. And that elections in this regard be conducted. Fubara is following the supreme Court ruling and not that of a lower court

After all Momiko fought his godfathers to standstill in Ondo state though he had structures on ground at the time unlike Fubara who came in through his boss structures

RISEC is a state own institution. Why don't they approach the River state High court.

Why go to Federal to collect judgment when there is a preexisting judgement on that from the appropriate jurisdiction. Why did they not go on appeal?

My own is I am yet to understand Wike's interest. Beside his selfish gain. It is not like he has attracted any development to this state that Fubara countered.
