It will be very foolish not to conduct LG election in Rivers state because there will be no allocation of local government funds to the sttate if officials are not elected meanwhile other states will have their funds even though rivers state contributes significantly to nations GDP.

If you're relying on impeachment by the House of Assembly on the event they are instated. My brother, it won't work because impeachment doesn't start and end with House of Assembly and those outside the House of Assembly are firmly with SIM. The chief judge of the state will be the one to choose who to investigate whatever offence they brings out for investigation. The best for Wike is to prepare for next election, which I also see as a Hercules mountain for him too with the way SIM is going about it, breaking Wike's backbone left right and centre.

Which of the court? May be you wish to say Lawn court and not judiciary court.
No court can nullify an election ordered by the supreme court, except such judge want to lose his job prematurely.
