Smart move, because by 9.am tomorrow Wike camp would be seeking for exparte injunction to stop Fubara from swearing in the Chairmen or to stop the Chairmen from functioning as such. Now, its a done deal, whoever is not satisfied with the election should file an election petition at the Rivers State Local Government Election Petition Tribunal and prove his case.
